Answer

What is the difference between Bowen Therapy and the Emmett Technique?

Bowen Therapy uses precise, rolling movements over muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia, with short pauses that give the body time to respond and initiate its own healing. The Emmett Technique uses light finger pressure on specific 'Emmett Points' to ease muscular tension and improve movement. Both are gentle and hands-on, and the Emmett Technique can also be integrated with Bowen Therapy.
